The Xinjiang 8th Division Shihezi Tongcang Site is the landmark east-west collaboration initiative of the ME Program · Island Tongcang project. DLYCA has established a cross-regional public welfare cooperation mechanism with the 8th Division in Shihezi, exporting the full Island Tongcang standardized service system to China's western frontier.
Adapting to Xinjiang's regional characteristics, the site enhances the 7-in-1 standard system with ethnic unity education, frontier safety education, and multi-ethnic cultural heritage modules, providing tailored care for corps and local youth of all ethnicities.
A new benchmark in east-west collaboration, bridging mountains and seas for youth care
The pioneering cross-regional site of the ME Program · Island Tongcang project. DLYCA has transferred the complete "7-in-1" standardized service system to Shihezi, adapting to the corps city's characteristics and multi-ethnic youth needs to create a model for east-west public welfare collaboration. The site covers Shihezi's urban area and surrounding regiment communities.
