Changemaker Service Agreement

Chapter 1: General Provisions

Article 1 This Agreement is entered into between the Dalian Youth Public Welfare Development Promotion Association (hereinafter referred to as "the Association") and the Changemaker (hereinafter referred to as "the Changemaker"), to regulate the rights and obligations of both parties and ensure the orderly conduct of changemaker service activities.

Article 2 "Changemaker" refers to any individual who voluntarily contributes their time, skills, and effort to provide public welfare services through the Association without seeking material compensation.

Article 3 Changemaker service activities shall adhere to the principles of voluntariness, non-profit, public welfare, and lawfulness.

Chapter 2: Basic Requirements for Changemakers

Changemakers shall meet the following basic conditions:

• Age 16 or above, with full capacity for civil conduct (minors require guardian consent)
• Good physical and mental health, capable of performing changemaker service tasks
• Passionate about public welfare and willing to contribute time and effort
• Good moral character, with no criminal record or serious violations of social ethics
• Willingness to comply with the Association's rules, regulations, and management requirements

Chapter 3: Rights of Changemakers

Changemakers shall enjoy the following rights:

• Right to receive necessary information about changemaker service activities
• Right to participate in training provided by the Association
• Right to obtain necessary safeguards and support during service
• Right to express opinions and suggestions regarding service activities
• Right to voluntarily join or withdraw from service activities
• Right to be informed of any risks associated with service activities
• Right to receive recognition and commendation for outstanding service
• Right to obtain proof of changemaker service
• Right to have personal privacy protected
• Other rights stipulated by laws and regulations

Chapter 4: Obligations of Changemakers

Changemakers shall fulfill the following obligations:

• Comply with national laws, regulations, and the Association's rules and policies
• Fulfill changemaker service commitments and complete agreed-upon tasks
• Maintain the reputation and image of the Association; refrain from actions that may damage the Association's reputation
• Respect the legitimate rights and interests of service recipients
• Keep confidential any non-public information learned during service
• Not seek or accept material compensation from service recipients
• Not engage in commercial promotion or solicitation during service
• Participate in training and activities organized by the Association as required
• Promptly report any issues or incidents during service
• Properly use and protect the Association's property and resources
• Other obligations stipulated by laws and regulations

Chapter 5: Changemaker Service Activities and Management

Article 7 The Association shall release changemaker service activity information through official channels. Changemakers may choose to participate based on their circumstances.

Article 8 The Association shall provide necessary conditions and safeguards for changemaker service activities, including but not limited to activity guidance, basic supplies, and safety instructions.

Article 9 The Association shall record changemakers' service hours and issue service certificates accordingly.

Article 10 The Association shall purchase personal accident insurance for changemakers participating in higher-risk activities.

Article 11 Changemakers may apply to withdraw from service activities. For long-term projects, a withdrawal notice period of at least 7 days is recommended.

Chapter 6: Confidentiality and Intellectual Property

Article 12 Changemakers shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding the Association's internal documents, unpublished activity plans, personal information of service recipients, and donor information learned during service. This obligation survives the termination of the changemaker relationship.

Article 13 Intellectual property rights to works created by changemakers in the course of performing service tasks shall belong to the Association, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Chapter 7: Disclaimer

Article 14 The Association shall not be liable for losses caused by force majeure events.

Article 15 Changemakers shall bear sole responsibility for actions that exceed authorized scope or violate this Agreement.

Chapter 8: Supplementary Provisions

Article 16 The Association reserves the right of final interpretation of this Agreement.

Article 17 This Agreement takes effect upon the Changemaker's registration and agreement, and terminates when the Changemaker withdraws or is removed.
